Abstract

Data Warehouse is a collection of methods, techniques, &

tools used to support knowledge workers such as

managers, directors & analysts; to conduct data analyses

that help with performing decision – making processes &

improving information resources. In fact, Data

warehouses are complex systems that have to deliver

highly-aggregated data from heterogeneous sources to

decision makers. It is essential that we can assure the

quality data warehouse in terms of data as well as the

services provided by it. Therefore, we should use different

& relevant methods, models, techniques and tools to help

us in designing and maintaining high quality data

warehouses. This paper represents an extended review of

the existing literature on quality issues field as well as the

related open research issues.
